School Counselor

Registration for Kindergarten through 12^th grade is entirely online.

1. Check the Requirements: Read carefully to ensure you have all your documents to complete the registration online:

   1. Certified Birth Certificate (5 years old on or before September 1, 2026)
   2. Alabama Immunization Record (up to date)
   3. Two Proofs of Residency (must be most recent)  
      • Lease agreement, Mortgage statement, or Deed with physical address in the parent/guardian’s name.
      • The utility bill must match the physical address (power/water/gas) in the parent/guardian’s name.
   4. Parent/Guardian Government Issued ID
   5. Court documents if applicable:
      • Custody arrangement, parenting plan, adoption decree, or restraining orders
