In order to comply with the accountability law, the following reports are available on the Houston County Board of Education website (Fiscal Accountability Reports) in the Financial Reports Section (Departments > Financial > Reports):

1.  Exhibit A-I-I through A-I-VIII – Funding and Expenditure Report for Accountability by Fund Source. The content and format of these reports are the same as Exhibits C-II-I through C-II-VIII – Combining Statement of Revenues, Expenditures and Changes in Fund Balance by Fund Source.
2. Exhibits A-II-I through A-II-VIII – Funding and Expenditure Report for Accountability by Cost Center.
3. Exhibits A-III-I through A-III-VIII – Funding and Expenditure Report for Accountability by Program.
4. Student Discipline and Safety – Student Incident Report for all schools for the 2023-2024 school year.  The Student Incident Report may be found by clicking the Fiscal Accountability Reports link above.

Reports pertaining to student achievement are available on the Alabama State Department of Education website (www.alabamaachieves.org) under Reports & Data, School Performance, Proficiency, 2024-2025 Participation and Proficiency ELA, 2024-2025 Participation and Proficiency Math and 2024-2025 Participation and Proficiency Science.
